How to Exhibit
- Handling of exhibits within the venue during build-up and dismantling.
- Payment of fees for customs clearance handling for shipments consigned to the Onsite Logistics Contractor (OLC).
- Insurance of exhibits against normal exhibition risks.
- Provision of one power connection for every 200 square metres of ground stand space.
- Provision of one 13amp 24-hour single-phase power connection for domestic use.
- Electricity consumption during hall opening hours.
- Water consumption during hall opening hours.
- Conveyance and covered storage of empty packing materials.
- Conveyance and covered storage of auxiliary devices and materials and all materials required for and produced during demonstrations.
- Removal of fabric waste generated during demonstrations, excluding wastes that require special supervision.
- Daily basic cleaning of stands: sweeping of floor and emptying of the waste paper baskets (provided by the exhibitors).
- One entry in the exhibitor listing on the official website.
- Exhibitor badges (number of badges is based on ground space booked).
- One passenger vehicle parking pass for every 100 square metres of ground stand space, up to a maximum of 3 passes.
- Visitor badges (number of badges is based on ground space booked).
- Wi-Fi access for personal devices during show days.
- Music copyright licence.
